The Country is now reverting to Level 5 restrictions, this unfortunately means that all club training is now suspended until the end of January at least.
We are cancelling training this evening due to the awful weather, BUT, Coach Dominic will be holding a live 30 minute workout on Zoom this evening at 7pm instead! The details have been sent by email.
We have decided to cancel training this evening due to the extremely low temperatures and frosty conditions.
